Grantor/Grantee Search

The Orange County Clerk-Recorder's Office is pleased to offer the Grantor/Grantee index for online searches of property documents recorded since 1982. The documents are public records and are available in the Clerk-Recorder's office during normal business hours. RECENT DOCUMENTS: Documents recorded in the last two weeks are in the process of being indexed and available only at our Santa Ana office. The documents may be viewed free of charge or copied at a cost of $1.00 per page. Documents are searchable by document number only. A CD of recently recorded documents can be viewed at a designated computer terminal. A photo ID for CD check-out is required. We hope these services help you in your search.
